BlissEntry sells intimate wellness products, so hygiene and privacy matter. We still want the process to feel clear and fair: unused, unopened eligible items may be returned after approval, and defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be reviewed for a practical resolution.
1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and includes proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
2. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened, used, washed, worn, or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned. This includes personal care items, adult toys, lingerie that has been worn, custom items, gift cards, and final-sale items.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number plus clear photos or video. After verification, we may offer troubleshooting, a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method depending on the situation.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but eligible unopened items may be reviewed under this return policy.
5. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, porch, building office, neighbors, and local carrier first. Contact us within 7 days and we will help with carrier details and a delivery inquiry. Resolution depends on the carrier's confirmation and the specific delivery record.
6. Refund Timing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time before the funds appear.
